Four Legged Construction is a specialized provider of 3D machine control design and modeling services tailored for construction earthwork projects. We understand the critical role that accuracy and efficiency play in your operations and pride ourselves on providing complete projects and on-call follow up support. Our goal is to help your team maximize the potential of your equipment by delivering high-precision design files that integrate seamlessly with your GPS- or laser-guided workflows.
Modern machine-controlled machinery (e.g., excavators, graders, dozers) relies on 3D models to minimize rework, reduce material waste and ensure compliance with exact project specifications. Creating or converting designs into machine-readable formats (e.g., CAD, DXF, or 3D models) can be time-consuming and technically demanding.
At Four Legged Construction we provide the following:
-BIM/CAD:
Expertise with site-specific 3D models optimized for your machine control systems, ensuring compatibility with Trimble, Leica, Topcon, or other platforms.
-Design-to-Machine Workflows:
Our team converts survey data, blueprints, or rough sketches into actionable files that guide your equipment in real time, reducing operator guesswork.
-Volume Optimization:
We design cut/fill plans that minimize material movement and balance earthwork quantities, saving time and cost.
-As-Built Updates:
Rapid updates to models based on field changes; keeping your machinery aligned with evolving site conditions.
We support your projects offering:
-Pre-construction Develop accurate base models from LiDAR, drone surveys, or traditional topo data.
-Active Earthwork Provide ongoing design adjustments to match progress and resolve discrepancies.
-Quality Assurance Compare machine data with design specs to ensure compliance.
We welcome the opportunity to partner with you on all your project needs!
